ALAN T21 Welfare Trust ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Donations: your name, email, phone number (optional), donation amount and message. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
  • Contact and volunteer forms: the details you choose to share with us.
  • Newsletter: your email address and, optionally, your name.
  • Technical data: anonymised usage statistics that help us improve the website.

How we use it

We use your information to process donations, send receipts, respond to enquiries, coordinate volunteering and — only if you subscribe — send our newsletter. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
